Shipping and payment conditions
Shipping costs
For deliveries within Germany:
- Shipping costs 4.10 € for orders of up to 49.99 €
- Free shipping for deliveries over 50.00 €
Of course, if we decide to send your order in partial deliveries for technical reasons, you will only be charged once for shipping.
Delivery times
Currently, we only deliver within Germany.
1-4 business days after payment is received. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 2-5 business days for us to receive your payment. The goods you have ordered will be reserved for you until your payment is received (for a maximum of 14 days).
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing grounds for doing so. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation from us via e-mail.
The invoiced amount, including shipping costs, will then be reimbursed within a few business days.

Payment options
You can choose from advance payment or payment via PayPal. Simply choose the most convenient option for you. After you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us. Your invoice will be sent via e-mail.
The prices listed in each offer are considered final. They contain all pricing components, including any applicable taxes such as VAT.

Pay more quickly and more securely with your PayPal account. Please note that deliveries can only be made to your address stored at PayPal.
