How can I change my personal data?

If you already have a customer account, you can change or add to your data under “My account”, “Personal data”.

How will my package be sent?

We ship packages via DHL. You will receive your shipment number by e-mail.

How can I place an order?

Use the “Add to cart” button to select the products you would like to order. You can update your selections at any time in the “Shopping cart” by changing quantities or adding or removing products. Don't forget to update your shopping cart before placing your order.

What are the advantages of creating a user account?

The advantages of your user account are:

• You can see all of your orders in an overview
• You can manage your billing and delivery addresses, then simply select them the next time you make a purchase

How can I redeem a coupon code?

You can redeem a coupon code by clicking “Shopping cart”. The cart will show the products you would like to purchase. There is a “Coupon code” field on the right side of the page where you can enter your coupon code. Then, click “Apply coupon” and your shopping cart total will update automatically. You cannot combine multiple coupon codes. After you click the “Buy now” button on the checkout page, you will no longer be able to change, update or add a discount code.
